Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NoMeet, including the NoMeet Chrome extension, the nomeet.us website, the hosted pages used to view and share recordings, and every related feature described below (together, the "Service"). NoMeet is operated by MixCommerce ("NoMeet", "we", "us", or "our").

By installing the extension, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.

1. Acceptance of these terms

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is older, to use the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The service

NoMeet lets you:

• Record your screen with the NoMeet Chrome extension, which records locally in your browser before uploading the finished recording.
• Get a shareable link for each recording, hosted on nomeet.us, with privacy controls that decide who can view it.
• Organize recordings into folders and shared Team workspaces.
• Get an automatic written transcript of each recording.
• On the Business Plus plan, generate an AI summary, action items, chapters, and Minutes of Meeting from that transcript, and ask questions about a recording through Meeting Chat.
• Upload video files you already have, subject to the monthly limits of your plan.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will try to give you reasonable notice before a change that materially reduces a capability you rely on.

3. Accounts

You can create an account by signing in with Google, or by registering with an email address and password. If you register with a password, we send a verification link to your email before your account becomes fully active. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@nomeet.us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Record or share anyone's screen, voice, or likeness without the consent required by the law that applies to you. Many places require consent from every participant before a meeting or call is recorded; getting that consent is your responsibility, not ours.
• Upload, record, or share content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have the right to share.
• Attempt to bypass a recording's privacy or sharing controls, or access a recording you were not given permission to view.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to circumvent the rate limits, quotas, or security controls of the Service.
• Use the public Feedback or Reviews forms to submit spam, abusive content, or anything unrelated to NoMeet.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or remove content, or suspend or terminate an account, that violates this section. See "Suspension and termination" below.

5. Your content

You own the recordings, transcripts, and other content you upload or create through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transcribe, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service to you, for as long as it remains in your account. We do not claim ownership of Your Content, and we do not use it to train AI models.

You are responsible for Your Content and for having every right needed to record, upload, and share it.

6. AI features

AI-generated summaries, action items, chapters, Minutes of Meeting, and Meeting Chat answers are produced automatically from your recording's transcript using a third-party AI provider. They are a convenience, not a certified record of the meeting. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate, and you should review it against the original recording before relying on it for anything important. Meeting Chat only answers questions about the specific recording you are viewing, using that recording's transcript; it is not a general-purpose assistant.

7. Sharing and visibility

Each recording has a visibility setting that you, as the owner, control: private, shared with specific people, restricted to a verified email domain, or unlisted (viewable by anyone with the link). You are solely responsible for choosing a visibility setting appropriate for the content of the recording. We are not responsible for who you choose to share a recording with, or for content you make viewable by anyone with the link.

8. Plans and billing

NoMeet offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (currently Business and Business Plus), described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis in advance through Paddle.com, our payment provider, who processes your payment information on our behalf; we never see or store your full card details. A plan that includes introductory pricing renews automatically at the regular monthly price once the introductory period ends, with no action needed on your part. You can cancel or change your plan at any time; see our Refund Policy for how cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes work.

9. Feedback and reviews

If you submit product feedback or a public review, you agree that we may read, moderate, and (for reviews you ask us to publish) display what you submitted, including your stated name and role, on our public Reviews page. We moderate every review before it is published and may decline to publish a review at our discretion.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@nomeet.us. Closing your account permanently deletes your recordings and account data, subject to what we describe in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any recording, transcript, or AI output will be complete or accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoMeet and MixCommerce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
